Important Updates Regarding COVID-19

UPDATE (June 17, 2020): As much of the country "reopens for business," there is a false sense among some that everything is returning to normal. Unfortunately, COVID-19 cases continue to rise here in California as in much of the US. We continue to put the health and safety of our employees first. Some of us still work from home, and employees who go to the office work a staggered schedule to avoid contact.

This staggered schedule means that orders placed on day 1 will not be ready to ship until day 2, at the earliest. We are a small company and do not work/ship 7 days a week. So, it may take 2 or 3 days for your order to ship. It just depends on timing.

I realize these have been trying times for everyone, and patience can wear thin. We appreciate your continued support and ask for just a little more patience. Thank you. -Brian

We are so grateful for our incredible community of creators and innovators, and it's our sincere hope that we stay safe and inspired in this difficult time.

We recognize that this season will be trying for all of us as we seek to adjust life to these new social guidelines. To ease the burden of this period of physical isolation, and for those looking to use this time to find new, inspiring sounds, we have reduced the prices of our products until the need for self-quarantine and extensive social distancing has passed. We hope that this is a time where creativity and inspiration soar.

Neunaber Audio is dedicated to doing our part for our customers and our community as we work to make wise decisions regarding our team's health and contact with the outside world. We have implemented procedures to ensure the health and safety of our team in accordance with CDC guidelines and local authorities. We will continue production as long as we are able to obtain components for our pedals. We estimate that these circumstances will add approximately 2 days to our shipping time frames. Our customer service department will continue to operate as normal. It is important to note that due to the current surge in online shopping, there is additional burden on our shipping carriers, which may result in delayed delivery times.

Our mission at Neunaber Audio has been, and continues to be, encouraging innovation in music and sound design. We recognize that social distancing and self-quarantine are essential in ensuring the well-being of the community. These circumstances mean we will be distant from one another for a while, but we believe this is a unique opportunity to push into creativity together.
